I have the same RAM and the same problem, it took me a half an hour just to find this post. I would really like to set the sticks at their proper speeds. Any luck? Went back in like coon did and set the memory timing setting to 1.8v 1600mhz with CL=9, TRLD=9, TRP=9, and TRAS=24 with 2T. Booted properly, but after about 15 minutes the computer froze. Changed to 1.7v 1333mhz 9-9-9-24. Just waiting to see if it crashes. I might try what Redhat suggested, 1600 8-8-8-20 1.7V.
(Writing this while waiting for a crash.)
Okay, okay, so I went back again and tried to set it to the factory speeds. Here is what I changed.
Clock = 1600
CAS# Latency = 9
RAS to CAS delay = 9
Row Precharge Time = 9
Minimum RAS Active Time = 24
Volts = 1.8
I think this is correct, yes? I should also mention that CPU-ID has my memory running at 803.6MHz. Is this per stick? (2x2)
