im not sure how to mess with the bios? but if you wanna over clock an invidia i would recommend getting coolbits. i dont have a link off hand but google for coolbits. its just a reg hack that will allow you to change the mhz on your vid card.

You need to backup your bios with nvflash and then edit it with nibitor in windows. Then use nvflash to flash it back again, if you make any changes. No 'on the fly' changes like for the motherboard.

You'd need to go into your motherboard's bios to change these settings.
You can't change the voltage of the GFX though through here. You'd need to do a physical voltage mod on the card to do that.

You can use nvflash and nibitor to alter the bios of your GFX like its clock speeds, once you have found how far it can be overclocked.

It depends on your motherboard, check your manual for how to get into the bios. No, don't think you can change any of these settings through Rivatuner.

You can change the GPU voltage, modding the bios with nibitor.
