Offical AMD Athlon II X3 Owners Club - Page 33

as you can see :

one of the reconmened was to use 9-9-9-24 @ 1.5 - i asume my Voltage is 1.5v as i dont know where to alter it but it has booted with the 9-9-9-24 settings.

It was 9-12-12-30 to start with.

EDIT - I have found the DRAM Voltage control (i have to remember to use the manual now i have one) and set it to 1.53v

Congrats on getting it unlocked , Even the L3 Cache.

Unfortunetly for me i have decided to lock up mine back to a X3 440 for now, im just not happy with those Temps i was getting even with a fan blowing into my PC im creaping up at 49*c CPU temp on Idle, im now down to 37*C Core Temp and 42*C CPU but with my case shut-up. Also it doesnt get beyond 55*C When under Full load (Prime 95 or Intelburn) so untill i can get anew case/ Heatsink ill just have to live with a tri-core - Still 1000x quicker than my old Pentium 4

I got one of these x3 440 chips yesterday and mine went to 3.4 ghz with no bother at all on stock volts and fan . The chip I got is the newest revision , ending with an 'm' (I think) instead of an 'I' , something like adx440wfk32gm on 5the top of the chip heat spreader ..... it just seemed to go really well on the o.c . But in fairness I have not tried to get it any higher ......yet...
anyhow , great forum guys

Manually set your timing and voltage to memory specs. Htt 250x14.5, NBx10. If your using llc, try dropping it down 12.9%. May need to start bumping vcore as well as cpu_nb volts.

Did that, and bumped up core volt to 1.5v and nb to 1.35. Instead of BSOD within a minute, it BSOD at 10 minutes.
