Theres a guide in the TEC section that will fill you in.
I got a question, well, two.

What does EC Mode do in BIOS, and what's this crap about msconfig>Boot>Advanced Options>Number of Processors: 4?

Also, a TEC doesn't seem to be worth the trouble IMO. o_O

It's worth a shot trying

I dunno about the msconfig. People say it can unlock cores idk. I set it to what ever cores my CPU has.

EC Mode.. idk.

Apparently setting EC mode to Hybrid helps with core unlocking.

I'm trying to figure out the specifics of ACC. I wanna break 3.7 so bad. >_>

I wanna hit 4GHz on air, and this chip totally makes it seem possible.

What were your voltage/NB/HT Link settings when you did that?

Vcore @ 1.6
NB was on auto. I wasn't trying to get it stable, just wanted to see the max it could go, so i dropped the multi on the NB & HT down to x5.

1.55v should and can be enough for 4Ghz, but i think you need WC'ing for that, or live in a very cold place if your on air
