EP45-UD3P and RAM Upgrade Questions...

Thread Starter
Hi all you speed freaks! It has been some time since I posted here, but I'm back!

My question is this... I currently am running 4GB of DDR2 PC6400 (800MHz) OCZ Reaper RAM on my Gigabyte EP45-UD3P mobo.

This mobo can take faster 1066 or 1366MHz sticks... is it worth moving to either or should I stick with what I have and just add more?

I don't notice much of an increase from overclocking ram. If you get 1066, it will be easier to overclock the cpu though. If you already reached your limit on your cpu then I probably wouldn't be able to justify the purchase for the performance I were to get.

With the current high memory prices, it's better to just stick to what you got.
