Higher Core or Memory? - Page 2

Thread Starter
When I use the coolbits clock speeds, I get artifacts in ATI Tool. I have to lower the core back down to 510 to make them go away.

I always used to get artifacts on ATITOOL with my 6800, even at stock speeds. I think 0.25Beta works with nvidia cards.
As for higher core or memory, I always like to OC both of them by the same amount (20% on the core and 20% on the memory), but that's just me... I like to keep things even.

you should try rivatuner for your card, but i personally love powerstrip, because it allows you to clock way higher than anyother program out there...im serious, my 6800 vanilla is @ 400/875....where stock is 325/700
so definitally try powerstrip
