Advice on my future 7.1 sound system purchase

Thread Starter
Whats the difference between a Inspire t7700, p7800, and a t7900, because i cant find any difference. Also, I was gonna buy a audigy 2 zs but I hear thats a bad Idea with the x-fi around, sure it seems like much better card and all, but I have a hard time justifying paying more for the sound card then for my speakers. Will a audigy 2 zs be fine for the speaker system im looking to get, because the x-fi is twice as much.

i dont see any immidiate differences... but im betting the 7900 is better in some way.... and the audigy should be fine for you... while the x-fi will sound a little better and has more options, the audigy is still a great soundcard for the average listener...

Xi-Fi: $105

If you can get the audigy2 ZS cheap go for the audigy2
