My only solution is to boot up in safe mode which is where I'm at now... How can I fix this or remove what I just did? I didn't even OC anything...

You will have to do a System Restore in order to undo the registry hack. The system restore is located on your start menu under All Programs(or Programs)->Accessories->System Tools. If that fails then you will either have to do a full reinstall or a repair install of Windows. This should be lesson on why inexperienced people should not mess around in the registry. It is a sure-fire way of destroying your windows installation.
