SupremeFX X-Fi driver

Alright.... i need help guys.
so my friend, he bought Asus Crosshair III and it came with SupremeFX X-FI. and he actually bought another sound card for audio editing or something like that...... So he gave his SupremeFX X-Fi to me. the problem is i cant find the driver for this. right now im using EP45-UD3P Mobo. where do i look for the driver? i've looked to asus site and the driver wont install. alright ... thanks....

hmmm just passing by...but just try those creative driver...or sound driver wich u can get from asus site...try browse for ROG board that use FX x-fi

I dont think it will work. It is only meant to work in a specific slot on Asus motherboards.

It is not meant to be used as a stand alone card, it also needs something that is only on said Asus motherboards.....

that card is just a Realtek HD audio on a separate pcb, using creative software to power it, you wont notice any difference in sound quality to be honest, ive had this on my old Foxconn Bloodrage and Crosshair III motherboard.

Sorry to burst your bubble, the soundcard is worthless.

how did you get this card to work with a non ROG board? i know the crosshair 3 is a rog but not sure if the foxconn blood rage is a rog board

any and all information is greatly greatly appreciated.
