It has the KT400 chipset. SO the PCI bus is not locked. You shouldn't let the PCI bus get over 36mhz, otherwise your HDD will fail. The PCI bus is found by using a divider. If you are at 166+ mhz your FSB will be divided by 5 to get the PCI bus. If you're over 200mhz the divider is 6. If you're only between 133-165mhz the divider is 4. And I don't think the voltage options are that great. But it will work for overclocking to 205mhz FSB or whatever I guess.
