Well, there it is! What yall think? Thanks in advance, although I am sure you'll be hearing it later!

EDIT:
Oh, I forgot to say that I don't need a sound card because I have headphones that have a sound card thing on them (Game Pro 1) Plantronics
I hope you aware that those are only water blocks for your cooling. You need more things for a full water cooling setup. If its your first build you may want to consider air cooling, such as a big typhoon or xp-90/120.

I would get a better PSU, 430W probably wont cut it. 500ish watts is recommended, and you want as many amps on the v12 rail as possible.

Both the 3700+ and x2 3800+ are great processors, depends how much you wanna spend and how future-proof (if there is such a thing) you want your processor to be. Dual-core processors will become more supported as the year goes on.

You might want to get higher speed memory, not sure how well that overclocks. Take a look here:

I would definatley change PSU's 7800gt/430W = nogo. 550W should be ok, especially if you plan to OC.

I would also Drop the water cooling for first build. Try the TT big typhoon. That sucker rocks. I'm getting 42-44°C load temps at 4GHZ

Ok, there are the changes. Got the new Proc fan and addedthe 520W PSU. Is all this stuff going to work together just fine? As far as I can see everything in the system is compatable, but I have heard some bad stories so :/ Also, like 5 years back I put my oldest computer together out of my dads tech area and as I remember, it was damn easy. I should be fine but like the MB and the Processor come with nice instructions so I don't mess somthing up right? Hehe, thanks much!

EDIT: and Beserkjay, I know I could get better ram, but this is what I can afford right now so its gonna have to do I COULD afford it but there is no reason for the moment. In time, I'll get 4 gigs of high quality ram and add another 7800GT but for now, the specs I have so far "should" run everything just fine hehe.

Just from my experience, DFI boards are fantastic and easy to sey up and oc, and OCZ psu's are very stable. The above stuff looks pretty good, but I would look into a DFI board and an OCZ psu. I am sure there are others who can back me up on this.

You might want to consider this heatsink too Zalman 7700

You might also consider getting the retail version of the asus dvd burner, you get some nice software, ide cables, and a warranty from ome of the best CS companies.

How much system improvement do you get from a 10,000 rpm hard drive? Would Elayss be better of getting a couple 7200 rpm hard drives in raid format?

Why did you switch to a dual core? If you are a true multitasker, video editer, etc then it is great move. Otherwise you may want look again at a single core, little more bang for the buck.

Just my 2 cents. Good luck with the build.

Edit: You may want to look at some PC4000 memory like this g-skill memory, that will give you a lot more headroom for overclocking. Members have had great luck with g-skill memory.

I second the notion for a new motherboard, unless you want to take a soldering iron to you motherboard to increase the Vcore options, you are not going to be able to go past 1.55 Volts, I dont even see why people even buy them if they are planning to overclock.... Also, the 520W OCZ is great, but the 600W has many stories of power surges destroying components....I would stay away from that one.

euphoricmix, I looked at that Proc fan and was going to add that, however, a lot of the people on these boards had the Typhoon so meh, although, the one you posted looks cooler I chose the dual processor because its more "future proof". I know games in the future will support them more and a year down the road, I don't want to toss the 3700 to get a dual processor, so I'll just grab it now hehe (besides, it isnt too much more).

dolinn, I'll look into the motherboards, but a friend of mine can't stop talking about the motherboard that I have up there and it seems prety awesome so well see what happens. Then, I chose that other paritlaly for the looks too, and its decently cheap so

Oh, and BTW Euph, I went ahead and put the retail version of the DvD burner, didn't realise the one I had in there didn't include the other stuff haha.

So here is what I have now:

not necessarily man I ran my 3700+ overclocked with the 7800gt overclocked with all my fans and lights and 2 hdd's running off a 350w powersupply. i changed it to a 500w just for safety but it depends alot on the brand. a 430W should be fine unless you plan on going SLi.
