That's a pretty good start there. My recommendations are:

1. Get a cheaper case. Cases like the Cooler Master Centurion are around $60 shipped. Also, it has more room than the Super Lanboy.
2. Get a different PSU. I personally don't like Antec PSUs, at least the cheap ones. I've got friends whose Antecs died in a week in systems that didn't even come close to the wattage rating on the PSU. Take a look at these:

The FSP PSU and the Sunbeam PSU are both good choices, with the sunbeam offering an extra PCIe connector for SLI capabilities. The FSP is the 450W version of what I have, so it should be good.
3. You might want to consider getting the X1600XT, which is more powerful.

Don't get the X1600. In some cases, they are no better than a 6600. I would spend some extra and get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102614

Might want to consider this card, has a little more oomph than the ATI one and a better stock cooler:

The 3200+ CPU is only $9 more and has an extra 200Mhz clock:

Actually, if you read Anandtech's review of 3DMark06, the X800GTO and 6600GT scored lower than the X1600XT.

I dont really wanna spend 130+ on a videocard since i still play on my xbox 360 i STILL want to play pc games since i been a pc gamer for quite a long time so i play on both platforms equally but i want a better pc since there some good pc games out i have them but my pc sucks so this is a way to get a cheap pc cuz custom u can put better parts than prebuilt

Post what you currently have in your specs. We can then tell you if you really need to upgrade right now. Then, you can upgrade to newer technology later on with the money you currently have.
