dont you want to stress at least 1 complete cycle or set the fft time to 5min to see if any other fft's than the first 8 cause a problem?

is that low Vcore normal for the 1090 to reach ~4ghz?

Nice, but keep it running. I had mine fail at about 3 hours when I tried to lower it. Haven't tried to get it lower again though, finals are bad
post #893 of 1609
Next time I will do 3 hours. No more than that though. I'm sure it's 100% stable.

My 1090T took 1.39v in bios on a Crosshair IV mobo to get 4Ghz primeblend stable for 8 hours.

I think mine was a little bit above average for a chip though.

Ran prime95 for 2 hours so far and it's still going.

CPU is at 1.35V set in bios. CPU NB is 2600MHZ with 1.2V set in bios.
I could get memory to run at 6-7-6-18. Havn't tried 6-6-6-18 yet though.

Would you guys consider it OK to run at a vcore of maybe 1.55 in BIOS (1.49-1.5 in CPU-Z under load) for a suicide benchmark run? I would never keep it that high, but I want to see if this chip will do 4.2-4.4GHz at all.

You would be fine running that daily if thats what it takes and your temps are cool
I run 1.575 but I have a particularly horrible retail early chip.
