Countdown
How do I participate?:
Update your username and team number:

Start switching your clients over for the competition. I have already done so and suggest that everyone is folding for OCNChimpin by May 1st.
Stats:
http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/chimp_challenge/
Challenge Infractions:
No pausing of WU prior to start time.
No helping other teams win after your team has finished.
Conduct and Team Spirit:
Show your team spirit but remember that what you say on this forum and others can be seen by members of the other teams. Do not say or imply anything that is going to damage the image of the team. We are all working hard to win this contest, lets win it in a sportsmanlike manner. Overclock.net does not support priming WUs (folding to 99% and waiting until the beginning of the competition to restart them)for the competition. This is viewed as unsportsmanlike and will diminish the reputation of Overclock.net. I urge everyone to not partake in this or similar actions. We want to take the title again and I do not want there to be and talk of cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct. Additionally, once we reach our goal, do not change teams to help out another team. Such actions could cause us too lose the title if we win.

Every Processor Helps!:
It may not be worth the electricity to fold 24/7 on some machines, but now is the time to look past that and get every rig ready. I will be firing up my Pentium 4 for this competition and I urge everyone to use all avaliable hardware. If everyone can increase their production by 1000ppd, we can increase the entire team production by a million ppd.
Prizes and Proof of Folding:
This must be followed exactly or you will not receive your prize.
Proof of folding must be submitted during the CC, before we reach our point goal.
1. Open www.time.gov in a web browser during the time of the CC, SHOWN IN PACIFIC STANDARD TIME.
2. Place your client monitoring program over the browser window.
3. Open notepad, gedit, etc and include your overclock.net username.
4. Take a screenshot of all of this and save. I need to be able to see % complete on the WU, OCNChimpin username, the time, and your username.
5. The client should be at least 50% complete.
6. Email to folding@overclocked.net with your USERNAME as the subject of the email.
I'm sorry that this is so much work, but we want to make sure only people who participated can win prizes and I'm sure you won't mind spending a little time proving that you folded for a chance at thousands in prizes.
