o crap, sounds like your motherboard.. (i'm 100% on that)... Now you have 2 options

1. Contact ECS and ask for an RMA, though I wouldn't tell them you were overclocking because it probably voids your warranty / they will charge you for it. Basically just say it died, and I tested a few parts, and it is the motherboard that is bad. They usually do the RMA for free, though you have to pay to ship the board to them, and you will probably also need the mobo pin protector for them to accept your RMA.

2. Or, you can forget the ECS, and buy a new motherboard. (I could recommend a lot of good OCing ones)

Wow, that's strange, your computer will boot with the jumper in the CMOS clear position.. I am thinking you have a bad bios chip now. It is understandable that you can't get into the bios when the jumper is on the clear position or not even on (cant save settings..) btw, what bios version are you running? (ok, if you ain't sure). Now, tommrow, or whenever, call ECS and ask them if they will send you a new bios chip (should be free) because your old one is broke...

A simple test to test your memory, take it out of the slots, start up your computer, and if you hear beeps, then it isn't your memorys fault.

Btw, 175 is a really good deal for that combo, not for overclocking, but, the processor alone is 175 so it's like you got the board for free.

Humm, by default, pins 1 and 2 are CMOS write-protect (default) pins 2 and 3 are CMOS clear pins. Should go like this (varies board to board)

. . .
1 2 3
