I totally agree with what he's saying. It may not seem like it, but flying those drones and dropping bombs and seeing it on a screen is one thing. Actually looking someone in the eye and shooting them is another.

But soon the battlefield will be a big explosive version of those backyard robot battles. Just a bunch of radio controlled machines

Agreed. And unless we let Japan get ahead of us in robotics, then I foresee the US being in the lead in robot soldiers.
