You really need to cover your CPU/mobo area over to keep it safe. Make sure it doesn't build up too much static. Other than that, that's a pretty nice case .

I would see about finding a short length of acrylic tubing about 5" in diameter--then slotting it out to fit over the cooler and then mounting quiet 120mm fans at each end to make a wind tunnnel--you could then fab up a clear acrylic base plate for the tube and weld it to the tube but leave it attached to the rest of the case with pins or screws. That would seal up your case from dust, etc. and look pretty cool while cooling pretty well.
