I'd say you need to decide what kind of noise you want to tolerate. But in general, one or two of those Yate Loon fans, gotten
from Petra's Tech Shop, would be the most cost effective solution for a single layer heatsink like the Megahalems. If you want variable speed from your fans, go with the Cooler Master Blade Master fans. They cool about a degree less than the YL's, with a decibel less noise (not a perceptible difference). Because they are PWM fans most motherboards can control them. Only Gigabyte boards can control fans via Voltage.
