Nice pics, is that case Silverstone Raven?

Did you start overclocking season?

I put everything on, but i think MY spare PSU died. I will have to wait another couple of days till i got another spare PSU.

Nah the case is a Cooler Master HAF 922.

lol, overclocking season. Haven't really started, just toying around a bit while the paste sets up.

Did manage to pull down these numbers, but no stability testing yet. Probably start actual testing in 2-3 weeks.

That sucks about the psu, is this the one that just died on you? If so, how was it before, i was looking at getting one when i upgrade my vid cards.

*edit*
Just encase anyone is wondering about how the crossfire setup works the cards need to be in pci-e x16 slot 1 and pci-e x16 slot 4 for them to both run at x16 speeds.

OC looks nice. If it is stable of course.

No i had spare 650W Ultra cpu. I was using it with 2x 4870x2 and i7 920 a while ago. All the sudden my computer didnt power up in the morning so i replaced it with 750W corsair TX750. And i am very pleased with it.

I am getting that corsair 1000W psu next week from someone on this forum, but local deal.

Let me know your stability testing, lets attract more people in this thread

Kind of put off by the fact that you can't run Crossfire with both cards at 16x.

This is supposed to be an enthusiast board and it limits the video card performance significantly if you add a second card. I really wanted to like the new MSI board since it does have a nice price and a lot of features, but such a large oversight as bottlenecking crossfired video cards is a huge disappointment.

EDIT: looks like I was wrong. You just have to place the cards in slot 1 and slot 4 for them both to run at 16x. Hmmmm. Might be taking a serious look at this board then.

For those who own it, how is the RAM overclock. I have some Corsair GTX2 sticks and I would really like to push them to past 2000MHz on an AMD board with tight timings.

Ok my friends, i found a spare PSU and started testing. Since i have shinetsu thermal paste, i didnt have to wait for thermal compound to settle. Shinetsu paste settles in 20min.

I started testing, and 1090T is stable 4.2ghz around 1.475V with 50C temps. Heatsink is Zalman CNPS10x.

I put 1.55V and couldnt get pasy 4.24ghz.

I found out that, i cant put more thab 1.55V cpu voltage. This is a big con for me.

You couldn't get past 4.2 with 1.55v? Zalman isn't that great. You should try a different cooler.

Lol not because of Zalman, Bios Vcore is locked up to 1.55V. it doesnt let me pass that.
