Could you post the settings you used in the bios to get the 4ghz speed? I can get 3.6ghz to be stable though I still have work to do with my memory, however after going to 3.8 I can't keep my system from freezing during tests.

im running fsb 240 x17 multi at 1.48v. i found my stability was really dependent on the ram. im not sure the specs on the g.skill ram you have, but i backed mine all the way off to 9-9-9-24 2t @ 1.65v, then when i got stable messed with the timings a little last. also, do you have your h50 in or out? i had mine in and my tmp2 in AOD was wayyy up, turn it to exhaust and get another fan for p/p should help on your stability too.

Thanks a lot eloverton2 for your info. I had literally been looking all over the web for people's cell menu settings to get an idea of what they used to get to 4Ghz and have be stable. I didn't see your post until today but yesterday evening I did finally get a (so far) stable 4Ghz O.C. I'll have to get back to everyone with the settings since I'm not at the PC now. I did however raise the voltage on a few areas. It ran the AMD OD stability test for 5+ hours without a problem, the SiSoft Sandra stability test also passed (though for some reason I can't get it to run the performance test (the one that recommends what to change to make things better) without freezing.

Edit: This is how I have my cell menu options set:

CPU 4.0GHz
CPU FSB - 200
CPU Ratio - x 20
CPU NB - 2000MHz
CPU NB Ratio - x 10
HT Link Frequency - 2000MHz
HT Ratio - x 10

DRAM - 1600MHz (G.SKILL Flare 8GB 2x4GB PC16000 DDR3 2000 F3-16000CL8D-8GBFLS)
FSB/DRAM Ratio - 1:4

CPU Voltage - 1.450
CPU NB Voltage - 1.144
CPU VDD Voltage - 1.4125
CPU NB VDD Voltage - 1.1125
DRAM Voltage - 1.651

As for the memory, it's PC-16000 so I'm "supposed" to be able to get a 2000 speed out of it with the standard timings of 8-9-8-24 1T @ 1.65v I currently have it at 1600 with the same factory recommended timings, I have yet to find any info from anyone who has the same ram.

As for the H50, I have it as an exhaust on the back of my Antec 902 case, moving the provided 3 speed 120 exhaust fan to the side for intake. On average my temp when I had it overclocked to 3.6 was in the lower 20's (around 23c, sometimes in the upper teens). After moving up to 4.0, I now average in the mid to high 20's, occasionally going into 30's but again this is on a regular load on the cpu. During tests it stayed around the range of 48-56c. Also my case has one broken front fan...might make a small temp difference when I get the replacement from Antec, and I'm still looking for a fan to create that push/pull for the H50.

A long post but I'm really disappointed in how people haven't posted much about their cell menu settings in the bios. It's not enough to say you have 4.0Ghz...show me how you got there in case there is something someone is overlooking/not doing correctly.

Hm, all I did was set my mobo HDD option to raid, hit Ctrl-f on boot (during raid screen) to setup drives, install Win 7, then download/install the raid driver from MSI website. This one.

Because this board sucked really hard
Worse buy of my life, everybody has some problems. May be that`s why. I moved to I7 platform long ago. It looks like AMD 6 core barely catches intel 4cores, and most of the applications, intel seems performing better with HT on.
