Check out my system, feel free to comment/criticize, as I have never overclocked and am still learning about it. I am currently running on stock settings other than:

-I changed the CPU VDD to 1.35v as it was running at 1.408v on auto

-Have started messing around with my memory a little bit. I have 2 sticks of 2GB Crucial Ballistix 1600 and right now its running at 1333mhz with timing set to 7-7-7-21-1T everything else is on auto. It is running at 1.5v although it is rated at 1.65v. It seems to be running stable.. I have been running memtest for about an hour no errors... computer would not boot with timings of 6-6-6-18.

Does this look alright?

Let me know what you think! Thanks
I think you should go ahead and set the ram to 1:4 and run it at 1600. imo you'll get better performance from running higher freq (even if its at a little looser timings)

Thanks, I will play around with it some more and see what I can get out of it. What do you recommend for testing the performance of the RAM? I have Memtest but it just seems to check for errors. Should I use PCmark?

I was trying at 1.2. This thing is supposed to have been tested on phenom x6 and msi 890fx. Damm G Skill.

I'm trying now and see what happens.

Nothing, I've tried CPU-NB VDD at 1.3 and it refuses to POST. Anybody had this issue with G Skill Flare?

Maybe I shouldn't have updated my bios yet.

It is an excellent card!
I got a really nice over there, but unfortunately not surpasses Corshair IV Formula!
Put me on that list there
And I noticed that the vcore it is no more than 1.55 v! Of like the maximum!

Update the BIOS is always good!
But you helped increase the vcore of memory?
See website of the manufacturer of your memory vcore.
Then tell me.

For people having probs with the board (memory and graphics) try updating to the latest beta bios listed a couple posts back. Check the latest German forum page and go back from there to find the very latest.

I don't know what it says, but I can't download that beta bios. I think I have to go back to an older bios version.

I've already taken back my RAM to the technical support in mi provider. So anyway I can't try.

Beta versions of bios is not good!
Better to wait out a final version!
