Need a faster PC (look at my results)

just started oc,ing (just got the gear to do it) and i am stuck i have managed to oc the cpu to 3526mhz but then when i try to up the fsb the system becomes unstable i have read the basic oc,ing treads in the forum and tried to follow them accuretly. my bios is pheonix award.when i was reading threads on oc,ing people talked about dram timings i cant seem to find this in my bios i have everything else like ,cpu voltage dram voltage but i cant find how to change my dram timings and by the sounds of it it is very important for ocing also i dont fully understand how to get 1-1 ratio.in advanced chipset configs i can open dram timings but nothing looks the same as i have read also at the last option in dram timings there is a option that reads memory overclock percentage from 0 to 31% when i apply this my system crashes
my mobo is a ecs rs400-a my north chipset is a ati rs400 and the south is a sb400

no advanced menu for control+F1 option at boot screen
