what type of rad are you going to throw in the bottom? 360 or 240?

good question lol 360 would be nice but probably only enough room for a 240 after the psu is put in. should be interesting...

just a quick update: I am using the dremel 300 and this saw cutting wheel. works a lot better than the disc. Pretty much cuts through the aluminum like butter. I should have a decent update this weekend since it looks I will finally have a weekend that isn't over 100 degrees outside

got the top housing cut out and fitted. I will probably make a panel to cover up the back of it. Also going to make a curved wall for the front inside of the case and probably use those pieces as templates and have them remade with the 2 mm aluminum thats used on the outside of the case. looks a bit sloppy now but still a long way to go.

Got my res in the mail. will soon get a second on that will mount right next to this one
pretty awesome and heavy duty piece of hardware.

will be mounted inside the case side by side... this kinda will give you a idea of how I plan on setting it up

and i got a couple extra toys, I plan on having both of these mounted inside the case as well.

just for fun i wanted to show my current system is set up. Just have it set up at the foot of my bed, with a 7.1 onkyo THX receiver it doubles real nice as a HTPC. wish i had a more dedicated room for it but this works great for now.

Picked up the lian li hdd cage/cooler, cut away the hdd cage so I can just use it for a front air intake.

and got my dual 92mm gtx rad in the mail. looks pretty slick with the two transparent black fans on it imo its gonna go bottom front of the case...

wow, looks good! believe it or not i have the exact same case and was going to do a build with it, but I upgraded to the v2000.

Are you going to use a 240 rad? if so, how will you have space for the PSU? One of the biggest problems I ran in to was that to make both fit in the bottom of the case, I had to take the PSU out of its casing and mount it sideways on a custom shroud. Pretty crazy.

Secondly, how are you bending the aluminum smoothly?

Def like the progress your making, and getting some great ideas for my own build! Sub'd

Thanks! I am going to use a dual 92mm rad and one 120rad. both rads and a d5 pump fit under the bottom "hood" and leaves just enough room for the psu hopefully next week I will have everything drilled and set in place for you to see

for the aluminum, i cut a piece a bit bigger than what i know i need, heat it up and then bend it around a metal pipe then cut it back down to size/fit.
