Ok so I did some research and this is what I came up with. Im still missing case and memory, so if you could make some recommendations that would be greatly appreciated.

mobo: crosshair iv formula http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131644

cpu: 955 be c3 (from what im reading its better than the 965 for oc) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103808

Video card:sapphire 5870 vapor-x 1gb (also 2gb under consideration for $30 more why not) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102872

PSU: Corsair 850hx (modular seems to be easier to manage) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139011

cooling: corsair h50 (ratings are good on this and i figure with this off the bat I can push 4ghz stable) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835181010

Mem: ?????? (just not mushkin I live in japan its not available here)

case: if it can be helped on i only want to mess with mid tower (hopefully that can fit 2+ video cards) if its gotta be full oh well but here is what has me interested. CM690II plus (thats the cm 690 ii advanced with the sata xdock or vga holder. http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=6646
-- antec nine hundred two http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-058-_-Product

OS : windows 7 ultimate oem (someone let me know if thats wrong) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-762-_-Product

monitor: no idea u tell me, i did see some decent ones in japan though for like 230 US.

please help me i want to start building it by the end of this month

Yeah i was thinking that but at the same time im not really gonna get that much use outta the extra 2 cores for now. this is primarily a gaming pc but thanks for comment and I will take into consideration the 6 core,

I wouldn't suggest paying $479 for that vapor-x card. I got mine for $350 a piece on ebay and they are the first revision. If you want a new GPU go with a cheaper ASUS or Sapphire card. My vote also goes to antec 902 or 1200 if you can do. Asus or samsung monitor. Corsair or G.Skill RAM, Everything else looks fine, and unless you're heart is set on AMD I would go 1366 and i7 930.

From everything I have read, the 1090T overclocks very well. 4.1 Ghz on stock air is common. With a decent after market CPU cooler I'm pretty sure you could get it higher. I'm in the middle of a build at the moment and am waiting for the 1090T to get here with my Crosshair IV. If you have that much money you wanna put into it, there isn't much of a reason not to get the 1090T. The nice thing about the 1090T, even if you don't plan to use all 6 cores now and what not, is that it is a lot less likely to bottleneck a crossfire setup with 5870s. Not sure the 955 will bottleneck but at the same, I wouldn't wanna risk it. Also, the gaming benchmarks for the 1090T are really good when its OC. In some reviews it has been able to keep up with the 980x Intel which is surprising.

thanks for the reply,, yeah what ive been reading is the 6 core isnt as good for gaming (which is primarily all ill be doing) because games cant utilize the extra cores. I dont think that ive seen any gaming benches yet, just the virtual ones, anyone have links? what do you guys think is the 1090t a better choice?? my friend said I should just go intel i7-930 but i like amd

are you really planning on overclocking CPU? if there no really any different in games 1090T vs 955. if money not a problems then I go with the 1090T when you do get one of thes. when you got all drivers and games updated and all that good stuff on your OS be sure you update your Direct X two or three time make sure there no update I bet your game alot better with that 6 core. they got newer amd instruction set like SSE5 alot more

Yeah I plan on overclocking whichever one I get. Never OCed before but seems interesting. I wanna push 4.0 no matter what CPU I get.
