Wouldn't I be able to overclock it even further, then? Since it comes out of the box with a stock overclock, there's room for more, right?
Also, wouldn't the two fans on the GPU help?

As far as having 2 fans, it all comes down to airflow, which is measured in cfm. Good airflow is important, but there are other factors to consider when evaluating a card's cooling and OC ability. (some allow voltage increases, some exit hot air out of the case, etc)
