Hi All,
First was a Timex/Sinclair
Vic 20 with external tape and 300 baud modem, and a whopping 32K (yes 32K) orf ram
Then a Tandy 1000A
Then a custom configured 386
Then a Toshiba P133
Then a Gateway with a 600mhz Amd processor then a custom Amd 3200XP
Then an HP Presario D5300 (laptop, still have and still using) with a turion processor
Then a custom AMD 955 on a Gigabyte Mobo that got upgraded to an 1100T
now a I7 600k- on an Asus P8/Z68 V Pro gen 3 (see sig rig)

It was a Radio Shack TRS-80 with 4k RAM and external cassette tape drive (floppy drives cost bank, HD's for PC's were like non-existent) with a green/black monitor that was probably like 64x48 resolution.

I envied people who got Atari 800's and got to play Star Raiders shortly thereafter ... or Zork on their Apple II's.
