ASRock DualSATA II...

Anyone know anything about this board? It's got AGP and PCIe, so it would spread out the cost of my s939/PCIe upgrade... I'm considering getting it, even if I only have it for the time it takes to save up for the new mobo + 6800GS... any opinions/ideas/comments?

I had it for a while. Thumbs up. BUT, once you get it you want a pci-e card so bad. So if you must, get it. If you can wait until you have enough for a pci-e board and card do that. Honestly.

Its a nice board, overclock is good so long as you do the volt mod. Other than that the only pain was installing sata2 drivers.

Went from that to a biostar, dead ethernet twice/great oc, to this asus. Wish i would have just got the asus from the get go.

Its a good go-between board, like my Neo4F but in the end you'll probably want something with NF4 and more overclocking headroom. These lower budget boards seem to have little gems attached (yours has agp/pcie mine has IDE RAID and NF4)

Alright, i don't have any SATA drives (and probably won't for a while), so that's no biggie. I just don't want to have to wait to use my 3700 Sandy while I save up for my 6800GS. Not expecting it to be a fabulous board, just something temporary. Thanks for the info.

Im currently using, i have had no problems with it what so ever, nice stable cheap board and as others have said good go between board. The Official bios' files for this board have a capped HTT at 270ht, but a flash with a OCWBbeta bios removes this lock and these boards have gone as far as 400HT. the vcore selections are limited to usually bout 1.45 but with a lil bit of soldering you can get 1.55.
