Hi Josh154, just some ideas for ya here.

First, if your fans are blowing into a grate of any sort I would remove the grate with a dremel if possible. If the front intake is blowing into an HDD cage I would try to remove as much of that as possible also. (Be careful not to remove too much though, raidmax cases aren't very sturdy to begin with)

Second, if your HSF is blowing upwards adding a 120mm fan to the top of the case would be beneficial also.

Third, ditch the stock raidmax fans (I've owned two raidmax cases and trust me their fans are junk) and maybe go with some medium or low speed Yate Loons. You mentioned money is a concern, and Yate Loons are very cost effective at around $4.00 a fan.

Hmmm... Ive got an idea! I plan to unrivet and repaint the case again. It didn't turn out as good as i wanted it too. But i can Take out two of the bottom HDD's i know im never gonna need up to 6 HDD's ever. Ill just upgrade to bigger ones if i need the space =P

So i plan on doing that and making my bottom hole a 240mm rectangle so i can mount a 240mm rad down there when i can upgrade eventually, and for now i could mount a fan on that as exhaust and create a duct coming from the h50 using a pull push setup into the duct, and blowing that outta the case on the other fan from the 240 spot. Then I can mount a 120mm fan in the front instead of the 80mm. Ill then make a hole on the top for the PSU fan, and then another 120mm hole for a exhaust on top.

So then ill have a total of 3 exhaust and 3 intake. So 4 yate loon's at $4 a piece = $16 total perfect effect mods!

Also R00ST3R, i have already dremeled out the cages on the fans

Did you cut anything off the back of the case? Like behind where the mobo gets screwed on? I cut a support rail off, otherwise there wouldn't have been enough clearance for the 24pin power connector to fit behind the case.. it made the metal extremely flimsy where the motherboard sits. Now the back of the case touches the mobo.. so I had to solder a ghetto metal bar onto it to keep it from touching. It looked so ghetto I decided to just buy the same case over again.. luckily I got it for 12.50 on ebay. Anyways, let me know what you did behind the case for the cable management please.. hoping to get it right the 2nd time haha
