Yeah i've tried that. In the end I RMA the board. But I had a problem when returning the board.
The customer service claims that there have been some phyisical damage on the board on the backside near the middle srew hole and it was only a little scratch that scraped the pcb of the board. I doubt that will void the warranty since the board was running just fine.
And to top it off she said that if the board is damaged I could get charged for the service fees
Mind you the board was only a week old.
Here in Indonesia the gigabyte customer service is rather disappointing. It take 2 weeks just to check and service/change the board. Now I just hope gigabyte will change the board with the new one.Edited by stealth7 - 3/30/11 at 11:05am
