You can flash from a small USB stick via Qflash with just the single BIOS file on the stick, I mean you dont need the .bat file or flashxxx.exe file, just the GA-EP45-UD3P.F10 file for example. You need to make sure "Legacy USB Storage Detect" (Or USB Storage/Legacy USB) is enabled in the Integrated Peripherals BIOS page, then leave your USB Stick plugged in and enter Qflash either from the MAIN page of the BIOS by pressing F9, or by pressing the end key at bootup.
Disable "Keep DMI Data" in qflash using the PgUp/PgDn keys before you flash
Or you can flash via a bootable USB Stick from DOS, using the flashxxx.exe file included with the BIOS downloads.
Or you can also flash via Qflash from a small FAT32 partition.
A guide I made for Qflash and or bootable USB Stick is herehttp://forums.tweaktown.com/f69/bios...h-guide-27576/
