So the server arrived.

I am not very happy with the outside, according to the auction on eBay it said it was in excellent condition. I have not powered the box yet, as I had not time to do wiring unfortunately.

The one thing that really has me irritated is that the front bezel is broken. You have to hold it shut to be able to press the power button.

The data center I work at has an IBM unit that holds about 2,000 LTO tapes. One of my main duties is backup and restore.

LTO5?

That's what we have in ours, though it's a MUCH smaller unit.

SSD: Samsung 830 128gb
