I have been looking for the Rosewill case as wel, it costs allot to ship to EU:( anybody know a good alternative (pref somthing i can buy in the EU:))?

didn't want that many hot swaps and don't have that budget.

but on the other hand I found this 4u rackmount which going by the pics and pics from the Norco site is a rebranded RPC-470, don't have hot swaps but has the space for 2 hot swap cages also on the xcase site.

Hi, yeah I seen the mods you can do to the stock cooler on the board, some people add fans to the stock heat-sink, but I didn't notice much heat build-up so kept it stock for now.

However, I did notice that those SAS disks get very hot, which was a little bit worrying.

I hope to get a much faster LSI controller, which can support 600Mbps soon, but was going to test out some SSD's on it and if its any good use it on my gaming rig.

I think I'll probably need additional cooling then when its doing some work. right now its for home networking and doesn't get much heavy use, except when moving a video file or a iso image around.

You guys should start posting the function(s) of your servers too. It's not immediately obvious from the hardware / os.
