i reckon pro - alot of extra features are unlocked (like being able to turn off simple file sharing). I havent use media edition, so i cant comment.

ps: you can get simple file sharing off in home, but only in safe mode

turning off simple file sharing allows you to do some extra handy things:

1) lock down your shared folders
2) take ownership of files\\folders that arent yours (handy for h*cking and file recovery)
3) put caps on how many people can access it and (not sure about this one) stop certain users from accessing
