I want to upgrade my gpu and I have to stick with agp so I found the 7800gs superclock for $320 on newegg. This card is apparently factory overclocked which sounds good but I noticed a lot of reviews from people who had numerous crashes during gaming and benchmarking. Does it crash because of the factory overclock? Is it wiser for me to get the regular 7800gs and oc it myself? I really dont want to dish out 320 bucks for a card that's gonna crash. I also noticed the x800xt aiw. It's in the comparable price range. Does anyone think that would be a smarter buy? I kind of shied away from it because if I'm gonna spend that much money, I want raw game performance and I heard the 7800gs is better. I'm open for suggestions if anyone thinks there is a better card for comparable $.
