Edit: the superclock is obviously not worth it, you can run it at, or past those speeds with any 7800GS AGP, and save $20! Getting the superclock would be a waste of money.
Those boards are so rare that I wouldnt be able to get verification of their oc ability.(pci lock, etc.) I'm not gonna blow money on a mobo and find out that I can't oc.

Theyre definately great boards, IMO, id just sell ur AGP stuff and dont look back, go for pci-e, cause for the price, you can go way better. =)

U could DEFINATELY sell that stuff for like 150, go for a 3200+ Venice or 3500 / 3700 SD, and a half-decent mobo. Buying a $350 card AGP isnt that smart at the moment, because AGP will be dead technology in the comming years.

Look, if I were you, I would invest in the 6800GS. It's only $200, and is a great card. I know people who are very happy with theirs, and I think it comes in AGP. That should last you a year or two. As for the X850 beating the 7800GS, that's in benchmarks that don't use SM3.0. I'm sure that the 7800GS would own the X850 in 3DMark06.

I understand what your saying, but I don't have enough money for a new system. Why would I dish out money on a new cpu, mobo, and gfx card when I could just spend 300 on a gfx card? That doesn't make any sense. I have heard the gs is really good, so why would I update my entire system when I could just get a video card that will last me at least a year maybe more.

3dmark03 and i beleive 01 as well runs better on Nvidia cards while 05 runs better on ATI cards. I look at games before 3dmark.
