Iced Copper (Massive water cooling case)

Thread Starter
This case design was inspired by the CypriUm build log. I found the copper design to be incredibly sexy. After looking at his build log, I decided to give it a try and hopefully do a better job.

The case's framework (like his) will be essentially a giant reservoir. Two key aspects will be quite different from his design however. A. The case will be completely closed to provide good airflow for the radiators and B. Will be big enough to accommodate the largest systems available and will provide extreme flexibility when installing a computer.

Also my case will be completely closed.

I have planned to build the computer using my own funds. I will make the computer as cheap but as upgradeable as I can (upgradable is important). I.E. give it a faster processor but, I won't fill up all the Ram slots and won't get a maxed out water cooling system; just the basics. That way it is sell able.

This build will be done in stages as I work part time and go to school full time.

Finally, if anyone is interested in building a computer for them from this case PM me and we can work something out.

Day 0:
I have actually had these parts for quite a while, I just haven't done anything with them. I found out today though that I need to get more copper pipe at my local hardware store. I just got done perfecting my design though. Keeping in mind sizes of the largest radiators, power supplies, graphics cards, and motherboards (supports two atx motherboards) Although not included in my design is the panels that will protect the innards.

Here is the preliminary prototype (I will be sweating the copper together when it is in its final stages) but, this is as far as I can go before I get more tubing:

I am going to work today so hopefully I will have time to get the tubing and take some pictures. I probably won't have time to cut any though or assemble it until tomorrow.
I am contemplating connecting the parts with soft copper piping instead of using vinyl tubes but I am not too sure on how hard that would be to install or how reliable that would be for leaking.

Masbuscado already did this !!!!!!

but it´s nice anyway ......

interesting build. you should incorporate your water cooling directly into the case piping. now that would be awesome.
