New parts have been ordered and I did a loop test yesterday. It has been 24 hours and no leaks. There were bubbles that formed from the the flux but those went away after I flushed it two times. New parts are listed on the first post.

Getting the acrylic is going slower than anticipated. The moels that I made do not convert into drawings easily so I am re-doing them by hand. Shouldn't be more than a couple days until I can send off the drawings to TAP.

Good work mate

Although a little late in the proceedings, perhaps in the future you may want to invest in one of these little beauties:

a much quicker and nice cutting tool for 15 & 22 mm pipes, i use them all the time.

Yeah I was thinking of getting one of those but the one I got seems like it would last longer and be more versatile. I basically got the same thing though just bigger and it has a reamer on it.

I just got the rest of the parts in. I haven't updated in a while due to my finals being in progress. I haven't really done anything with the case yet because I haven't had time to get some drawings made up but, I should be able to soon having limitless time. I also tested the motherboard to make sure that the Open Box version that I got worked correctly and all of the parts also worked ok.

My next step is to sleeve my PSU and the ATX power extender I got with it. It may take a while because I have to get a crimper and pins from MDPC-X. I will try to update more often now that I have more time.
