sorry to break it to ya, but you are screwed. american megatrends is the 2nd ****tiest bios ever created....don't remember name of 1st but it was even worse

your only hope is like my friend, he cant change fsb either, ore voltage or multiplier. youll have to get a new mobo once you get moola

you are stuck, but iguess for now u can use that little tool that you have

oh yeah for temps and all that stuff and more, use the program "speedfan"

hrm most prebuilt OEMs will generally be hard to OC given the BIOS limitation. some also use a restrictive case or a proprietary PSU.

your video card also relies on system memory to make up for it's lack of onboard.

A good application to check your temps is Speedfan, google it. Problem is that most of the components that OEM's typically install lack options like temperature gauges on the hardware. You might be able to get a graphic card temp and your hdd, but other then that you might be out of luck.
