You use the heater core for a radiator in watercooling There very effective and not as expensive... the older cars are copper/brass and work very well. The catch is you have to solder fittings to match the hoses.

Hmm. I've got an old Honda sitting in the garage doing nothing at the moment. I'm pretty certain it doesn't have a heater core, though, because there is no use for a heater in the tropics, really. Looks like I'm going to have to find another solution. Besides, I don't really have a soldering iron handy, nor do I have the knowledge to use one. Probably end up melting my fingernails into a puddle or something. Heh.
