You will get better results if you remove that 256MB stick of RAM. Two different size/model sticks never works out to your advantage. Also, the cooler should be upgraded on your CPU.

your timings are pretty loose @ 3-4-4-9, so your ram is fine for OCing in that respect (should get a pretty stable OC), BUT I NOTICE THEY ARE TWO DIFF. KINDS? am i right? you should have only one kind of ram... just do what jrabb1920 said

Could we see a screenshot of your CPU tab? Download this here program...just wait it will open. This lets us know your temperatures, which comes in handy when determining how much you can OC. You can do this, or either open the POWER tab in your BIOS, and click hardware monitor, then tell us your CPU temperature.

MY GUESS, on a regular, everyday 2.5, with stock cooling (around 55c load) you MIGHT be able to reach the 3.0Ghz. With a lower load temp, possibly farther, depending on many factors maybe less.

TO OC :
-Open bios
-Make sure the FSB is set to Manual
-Slowly up the FSB at 5 Mhz intervals, and log in.
-Check temperatures, and every so often STABILITY using OCCT
-if this works, you are stable at that speed.

I do not suggest you do this until you learn how to reset your Cmos, or jumpers. Take out your mobo manual and read up on CPU jumpers.

Also, right now.. my Processor Temp is 18.5 and the Mainboard temp is 32. What is the max temps I should be at? I'm guessing that when Jrabb1920 said 55 he meant the mobo temp?

This is very confusing. Intels usually run at 40c average, yours is at 20c without aftermarket cooling! That is insane! TEMPERATURE WISE you could OC very much, but system support wise im not so sure. Please a screenshot of your CPU-Z CPU tab!

Ok, I checked the Temp in my BIOS and it was a bit different. I was using a program called PC Wizard and that is the results it gave me for Temp. But in my BIOS it said my cpu temp was 27.5 C /81.5 F... the Mobo temp was the same though, 32 C.....
