I assume you're talking about the on-board graphics chipset?
If so, based on the research I've done, I think the core runs at between 200MHz and 350MHz. I know this isn't very definitive, but that's all i could come up with. Certainly, it's no less than 200MHz and no more than 350MHz. The memory interface is either 64-bit with single channel ram, or 128-bit with dual channel, as it is sharing the system RAM. I think there are only 2 pixel pipelines, which is pretty bad and the hardware T&L is extremely scaled down, which is also bad for 3D gaming.
Overall, I think the Xpress 200 is just like all other on-board graphics, in that it isn't particularly good for 3D gaming or any other type of intensive 3D graphics, but is pretty acceptable for the vast majority of 2D stuff... In fact, with regards to 3D games and apps, I'm pretty sure it could easily be beaten by a 9600Pro...
Hope this helps some
