If you are safe and do leak tests and only power the pump for a 24hr test, you will be fine. You will have to jump the PSU 24 pin connector which is easy to do with a paperclip. Just jump the green wire to any of the black ground wires, connect your pump only to the PSU and switch on the PSU when you are ready to run the WCing setup (obviously have it filled with fluid). Run it for 24hrs and check for leaks. if you do have a leak, jsut dry off the component and leave it out in the open air for a few days before sending power through it.

Thanks for the tips, I'll be sure to post pics of the leak testing stage to show the progress.
