Well I've tried adjusting everything. It's not helping at all really. Video card overclock is shot too. Can't get anything out of them.

This means that the motherboard is just plain ****, or the PSU is not working right.

U can try running OCCT or use a multi meter to check if ur older psu was over volting, we're pretty much on the same boat buddy, bought em ultra-d to see if i can reach 3.0g but turns out my msi was better i can go 2.97g stable and with dfi i can only go 2.94g stable. sheesh. my honest opinion dont give up yet try messing with it more before u buy a new mobo...

You have a different PSU now though. My PSU shuts off if the memory goes too high with a high vcore. Poobuckets.

I playeda round last night...and if neither the cpu or the gpu can overclock it's a problem with the mobo. I'm running at 250x9 with loose timings... :-(

Anybody gonna help?

Just in case...what's the best overclocking board that isn't DFI?
I've heard lots of good stuff about the Asus A8N32-SLI. Will this board have problems with my Seasonic? This is just in case though...it's kind of expensive.
