Anyone know where I can buy rubber grommets in a particular size or dimension?

Hey everyone. I just finished drilling two holes in my Antec 900 case for better cable management. Now I am trying to find the grommets for the right size. It seems all the ones I find are too small in groove diameter (where the groove meets the whole circle).

The largest one I've found that is rubber/flexible has a 1 3/8" groove diameter. The first hole in my case is 1 1/2" (1.5") while the second hole is 1 5/8". I am unable to find any of these sizes (or larger works too) that meets my requirements. I've tried many local and corporate hardware (i.e., Home Depot, Lowes) and auto parts stores here without any success.

The groove diameter I am referring to is the length located at C in this picture (where the grommet is laying flat):

Anyone know where I may find some that would meet my specifications? If I still can't find any, I'll just apply some tape to my holes to thicken it (make it smaller in diameter), so that these grommets can fit.

The problem is that my current grommits are too loose or don't even fit at all because they aren't the right size being that they are too small. Thanks.

Here is a vid I found on how to make foam grommets.

I guess you could do that with rubber as well. Or just order a sheet or 2 of rubber and try and cut your own. Shouldn't be that hard really.

Let me know how it goes

Nice! Amazing link for the McMaster page. However, they're extremely expensive, and they only come in a pack of 1!

I found only two that met my specifications for that big of a groove diameter (also labeled panel hole diameter on the McMaster page), and the lowest was $8.80 for just one!

Hmm....anyone know of any other places with a lower price, or should I just put some tape over it and call it a day?

McMaster is probably the best source if you're looking for specifics. However, any hardware store (at least Home Depot) will have grommets in various sizes.

If you have a really big hole, then just grab some C-channel from McMaster. It's not too expensive if you get a decent amount, and you can save leftovers for another project. It's very versatile.
