Welcome to the forum, im not really familiar with ur mobo, but the most i got with my old 3k+ was 2.5g and i have seen people hit 3.0g with water cool and vapo chill. u can try this settings
Dram: 200 (1:1)
Fsb: 278
Htt: x3
that setting should give u 2.50g and 278mhz of ram speed.

U have to play with ur ram voltage and cpu voltage remember increasing vcore voltage increases the temp on the proc. safest temp for the proc would be under 55c full load.

Ooops i totally forgot to add the multiplier it should be x9 since thats the max multi for the 3k+, its highly recommend that u stay within 1000 or lower on the HTT/fsb so if ur fsb is 278X5 and chances are it wont boot up. with 278x3 it should be 834. and that is bootable. pls check the FAQ regarding HTT/FSB for more details why u shouldnt go above 1000ht. do u have cpu-z? from there u can tell the stock timings and i willuse that for now till u get a stable prime or occt test.
