Pushing Past 3.3

Thread Starter
I got an Intel Celeron 2.8 GHZ, I sucessfully OCed to 3.3, but my computer stops there. I think my memory might be too slow? Look @ Pic attached for CPU-Z Info. I heard something about increasing Vcore for more speed, how do you do that? Thanks!

EDIT: up to 3.4 now

You do not have the ability to play with your vcore on that motherboard. ECS is well known to not include any robust overclock bios settings. You will also find that the temperature/voltage readouts are not all that good. It's a good thing that the Prescott processor is not all that receptive to voltage changes which allows you to pump the fsb prettyk well. I would test it out for stability with Prime95 though.

Aww, I can't even keep it @ 3.4, I gotta keep it down to 3.25 cause of stability issues. Well, thanks anyways.

Heck Ive pulled 3.5 out of my Celey D 2.8 no problem, it would have went alot further if Id have had it in a better board. Celey's overclock like mad if you have the right kinda board. ALso just to add to that, I never upped the Vcore, but the board was maxed out before the CPU was.
