Is this the same a demineralized water?? and will it be ok to use in a water cooling setup?? Thanks in advance

if you would use DM in your system then water from RO is OK too

But it is not De-Ionized, which is recommended to avoid electolysis between dissimilar metal (aluminum/copper/brass) in your loop...I'd use deionized from the auto parts...
