Mines the same way, can still use the computer while its @100% load with 2 primes, can run 2 SuperPi's, listen to music, and browse the net with out delay. Although mines not the Presler.

My system isn't stable at 4.5Ghz so I'm not sure what I would need to do to get it boosed up that high. It seems very stable at 4.266 and a vcore of 1.306V. I might have to try a higher vcore when I go back to 4.5Ghz to see if that helps.
