Phase change is a last resort for more performance unless you want it for the fun and creativity if building yourself. Before you go ahead and do anything with extreme cooling you will need to do a lot of reading and learning on the do's and dont's of these sort of projects. One mistake and you can destroy a computer in no time at all. I suggest you learn about water cooling then move to the TEC's and then maybe a chiller then the vapour change style of cooling systems. There is plenty to read in the various sections on the forum so get a reading and enjoy Should you decide to go ahead then there will be plenty of help around here.

lol, it is much cheaper to make your own phase change, if you already have a vacuum pump(which is highly unlikely) you can make one for just over 150$USD and possibly even lower than that if you go to a store that sells old used air conditioners. that is what i did to get one for my water chiller, 15 bucks CAN
