GPU stability testing software

Thread Starter
What is the current best software to check my GPU for stability? I OC'd my GPU, it didn't crash/artifact with CoD4/6 nor did it crash/artifact with NFS Shift. But I still wanna make sure.

I use Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

The maximum safe temp is 103°C.

Actually, I don't know. But I know that GPUs can take more than CPUs, and I think that 102°C is pretty high, but still probably safe enough for this. After all, it's only being done once.
